Lauren, the creator and owner of The Chic + Tidy Co., is a 5th generation in the Roaring Fork Valley. She grew up on a ranch just outside of town. In addition to loving the outdoors, Lauren has always enjoyed beautiful spaces and has a deep enthusiasm for finding ways to tidy things up. Clutter tends to make her anxious and she always finds ways to organize spaces in her home as well as for her friends and family. It gives Lauren great pleasure to help others achieve their home goals and helping them to incorporate practical systems and live in a home that is CHIC + TIDY.

Married with two children Cash (8) and Charli (5), Lauren’s first love and passion is her family. They live on a ranch and own cows and horses; her husband Ty is a team roper. When she’s not organizing or spending time with her family, Lauren enjoys trail running, skiing, matcha lattes, photography and riding her horse.

Rachel Guerra, a Professional Organizer for The Chic & Tidy Co, grew up in Austin Texas. She has always had an equal love of organizing and teaching, often blending the two in her classrooms or helping her friends stay tidy for fun. She believes in the power of organization and how these systems can positively impact one's life by creating a more peaceful and easy to use space. She has implemented projects like these for her friends and family since she was little and has enjoyed putting them into practice in schools she has worked in. Rachel graduated in 2016 from St. Edward’s University with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and taught at a variety of schools across Dallas and Austin. She ultimately moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2019 to enjoy the beautiful outdoors and more laidback lifestyle. She currently lives in Basalt with her husband and enjoys biking, skiing, cooking new recipes, hut trips, and spending time with family and friends.

Lina Souki, a personal organizer for The Chic + Tidy Co., has been in the Roaring Fork Valley periodically for all of her life. She moved around a lot growing up but ultimately decided to settle in Aspen when she had her son, Luca in 2009. It was obvious there was not a better place for her to raise her family than the beautiful mountains of Colorado. Lina now has three children Luca, Ryleigh, and Ayva who are currently ages 13, 10, and 8.
Lina loves spending time with her children outdoors, volunteering in her children’s classrooms or at the Aspen Youth Center and also has a passion for helping people simplify and tidy up their living or work spaces. Lina has a love of helping people get organized and and removing the stress that can be caused by messy or cluttered spaces. She is used to having to organize a lot of diverse items, including girly nik-naks, sport equipment and all the things three kids inevitably drag into a home. She also has a deep love of art supplies and crafting materials especially when they are tidy and find joy and excitement in a well organized kitchen and pantry. When she’s not organizing or spending time with her family, Lina loves pilates, hiking, meditation, good food, quality time with friends and being in nature.
